Where is my order?

Every item at Los Animales is created especially for you, but this can mean a slight delay in delivery.

We try to make your order as fast as we can, but occasionally there can be a wait. Once your item is made, we check for quality.

Items can be tracked from the tracking page linked in your product shipment email from us.

We ship from Europe, so orders to the rest of the world may take a little longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery times are between 7-15 days, though due to COVID-19 delays some orders may take up to 30 days to arrive.

Can I change my order?

If you need to change your item or delivery address of your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been packed, it will be too late to change.

I have received the wrong item/missing an item?

Due to the amount of quality checking we do at Los Animales, it's not often we send wrong items of clothing or missing items. However mistakes can happen and we would like the opportunity to resolve things as soon as possible.

Please contact us as soon as possible, so we can solve this mistake.

How do I know which charity my money went to?

At Los Animales, each different product donates to a cause related to that product. You can find out more about the charities we work with here.

Why does my product smell?

In rare occurrences, products have been known to arrive with a chemical smell. However, this smell has been reported to go away after washing. If it doesn’t, get in touch.
